We do have an existing survey on file in the document library for reference. The septic tank was just pumped and inspected and we have a well water report on file from the new well. The non-occupant seller will be happy to share all documents with the new owner, but will be selling this property strictly As-Is. There are no owner occupied exemptions so taxes could potentially be less. This home has a new gravel in the driveway.
